What was the highlight of Ramayana Suites and Resort
Beautiful resort in Kuta
The location is very strategic, the beach is just around the corner. Restaurants and shops are nearby. The resort is just so beautiful. There's also carpark in the basement, in case you have a car.
Sofa bed wasn't really comfy, unless you don't mind sleeping in a hard bed.

Good
Very friendly staff, great location and breakfast provided was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. It is a well kept and clean hotel.
We got upgraded (apparently) but the room had a view of the shop roof below. Also, the smell in the bathroom of sewerage is always present, even with the exhaust fan on.

Very Good
The facilities are fine. The only unpleasant thing was the attitude of some guests in the dining room (I'd rather not mention their nationality), during the buffet breakfast, gabbing bread with their bare hands and asking afterwards if the bread was vegetarian or not, or inserting their hands inside the pots and ditto, grabbing food with their bare hands, even though they had tongues and serving cutlery available. In the end, I didn't go to the dining room for the remainder of my stay. I found it really disrespectful also that some of the ladies in reception would call me plainly by my first name. I believe they intended to make it sound friendly, however, they should have noticed that I always used mba, ibu or pak while addressing them

Staff are lovely, stayed numerous times and beautiful resort.
