Beautiful resort in Kuta
The location is very strategic, the beach is just around the corner. Restaurants and shops are nearby. The resort is just so beautiful. There's also carpark in the basement, in case you have a car.
Sofa bed wasn't really comfy, unless you don't mind sleeping in a hard bed.

Very Good
Wonderful location as easy to walk to Kuta Beach and Art markets with a huge selection of restaurants. Staff were accommodating.
The bed was noisy and walls thin so you can hear all the neighbours when they are in the hallway. We were unfortunate to have very loud neighbours who would spend lots of time in the hallway late at night after 11pm.

The staff. Our room was lovely.
They need 2 egg stations at breakfast as it’s extremely busy. They also shouldn’t allow people to put their towels on the lounge and go away for a long time, its leaves no lounges in the sun for others. They need to place a sign that says if not back in 30 minutes , your lounge will be cleared. There is a pool sign, but it does not state that rule. Also they could change breakfast every other day. We actually stopped going because of that and also very pushy people, who no sense of personal space ( not the fault of the hotel)
